ROCKOLLECTIONS: NAMEDROPPING PT.1 You have heard me mention Namedropping frequently over the years. That's when a song contains a mention in the lyrics of a Musician, a Group, a Movie Star, a Politician...anyone famous and well-known. You'll easily know what I mean after after a few songs. I've been meaning to do shows with Namedropping songs for many years. Finally doing this reminded me of the time I met fellow DJ Frank Todd for coffee, and he was stuck for a closing segment to his show. I suggested Nameropping, and he took it, as we both kicked a few ideas around. He gave me full credit, and I will even play his introduction where he did so. Then it will be on to my own peculiar selections. You see...Frank and I have vastly different styles, lol! Enjoy!
