The selling out of America continues...You just bought Mexico a whole USA refinery.American taxpayers have given Mexico about $300M/year in foreign aid for many years.During the Obama/Biden years, Mexico's corrupt government-owned oil giant Pemex received over $8.5 BILLION in American taxpayers-backed financing.After selling its assets in the Permian Basin to ConocoPhillips, Shell sold 100% control of one of America's largest refineries just outside Houston to Pemex.The recipients of U.S. foreign aid for many years, Mexico was somehow able to find $1.1 BILLION in its National Infrastructure Fund to complete the purchase.More to come about this sale.
