Conservative Momma In our nation’s Capitol you now have to show proof of vaccination to enter a restaurant. This is exactly what Martin Luther King Jr. opposed. Division. Dividing people into two different camps. White vs Black, Unvaxxed vs Vaxxed, Republican vs Democrat, and so the list goes on. There are those in authority that want us divided. A divided nation is much easier to conquer. There is a consorted effort to destroy America and the individual liberty she provides to each American. Just look at Australia right now, as the world’s best Tennis player is ousted from the country because he is not vaccinated, and you’ll see unity is not the goal but rather control and absolute power. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. Too many have given their power to government, thinking that government will never corrupt, but history tells us that when government gains more and more power, government always corrupts. Slavery was once legal. Jim Crow laws were ACTUAL laws. We as Americans have an obligation to hold our government in check. To limit their power so that corruption does not abound. Martin Luther King Jr. knew this and gave his life to eradicate the division that seeks to control and conquer. As we celebrate his life today, let us also be those who push back on those seeking to control and conquer. Freedom is tyranny’s greatest threat.
