He then taught about the immune system our God given Immune system ( he got banned on multiple platforms sadly ) I had forgot I had one of those while the media was fear mongering us all to death ( literally) I was relieved and I followed his instructions. I take 50mg Zinc D3 5000 IU and C 1000mg every day after eating breakfast. I also take my B vitamins. TO THIS DAY I HAVE NEVER HAD COVID I GO TO THE STORES TO CLASS NO MASK..IM 56 I SMOKE CIGS THATS THE NEXT THING TO QUIT. STILL NO COVID YES IVE HAD MY BLOOD CHECKED IT WAS NEGATIVE. TURN OFF THE MSM.
