Social Security is NOT an entitlement program, it is the retirement fund we have paid into for our entire lives.Yes is is going broke, because CONGRESS cant keep their fingers out of the till.Perhaps it is too late to save this program, however it would help if access to the funds were again taken out of the politicians reach and they were forced to replace the 3 trillion dollars thay have spent out of or your retirement savings.
