The new DA in Manhattan. First day memo. This will be a MESS. No more prosecuting traffic offenses unless Misdemeanor or above, no prosecutions of trespass, prostitution, getting on public transport for not paying, obscenity, or any other violation offenses, etc. Basically come to NYC and speed, have a picnic on anyones property you want, invite a few prostitutes, and get a BJ at Times Square. Absolutely beyond ridiculous. Wow.So we can all not pay for city transportation, we can drive without a license, dont have to stop at stop signs or red lights, tell the cops we cant get arrested, and smoke all the pot we want anywhere we want. plus prostitution is now legal... WOW LOL The people voted for it!!!. If the city want to save money, how about drug testing in order to get social services? Oh yea then no one would vote for democrats. they would have to work for a living and know what responsibility is! LOl You cant make this stuff up. SAD
