Lucifer is not some kind of dark forbidding beast with horns and a pointed tail as he is usually pictured today.The bible describes him as the angle of light and gods most beautiful creation among the angles. The Bible also gives the reason for his rebellion against god.God had made his angles subservient to the humans and this decision angered lucifer and made him jealous. At this point lucifer decided to prove that he was better than humans were and create his own living beings, that the angles were forbidden to attempt. Lucifers decision began the war in heaven between the various angles that he lost and was cast to the earth along with the third of the angles that had supported him.So you see people today have the wrong perception of who and what lucifer is.R.M.
