This year I set a goal to walk 2 miles every day, winter summer spring or fall. I achieve that goal on November 2021. I enjoy it, it’s wonderful. The best part of it is that I take my walk between the hours of 2 and 2:15 AM. I have humped my daily two miles, in the summers heat, in the rain and snow. Some mornings the temp is as low as 9 degrees. However I go by the adage there is no bad weather, just bad Clothing. When I began my walk I weighed in at 156 pounds. Two years later, simply by walking, not speed walking. I now weigh in at 133 pounds. Walking at 2 AM in the morning, it represents the birth of a new day for me. It’s peaceful. I peak out the constellations. And every so often I am gifted with the site of a shooting star. LLC
