In 2020, more Americans aged 15-44 died from overdosing on illegally manufactured fentanyl than Americans aged 15-44 who died with COVID.2020 excess fentanyl deaths:15-24 yrs—2,365 more fentanyl deaths25-34 yrs—6,807 more fentanyl deaths35-44 yrs—2,212 more fentanyl deathsConsidering the dramatic reaction the United States government has had against COVID; it is surprising that the government isn't putting forth even a fraction of the effort into eliminating the threat of fentanyl as they put into eradicating COVID.
