I suspect the ratio is even greater because health officials accept - without evidence - a person's statement that he/she was previously infected. That claim can be non-factual. I know many people who say they had COVID, but were never tested. That means they could have been under the weather with something they assumed was COVID, but was not. In other words, I believe the number of people with prior infection immunity who are being infected with Omicron is lower than official numbers suggest.
