This past weekend, there was a huge motorcycle rally helping toys for tots in Charlotte. Motorcycles were everywhere from everywhere. They did a lot of wonderful things for a lot of kids. No incidents at all. No thefts. No arrests. No citations. So? Also, NO NEWS COVERAGE ! NOTHING ! Pandemic? Check. Smollett trial? Check. Politics? Check. Trump bashing? Check. Same old same old? Check. Why? That's when it started brewing in my mind. All the hype about everything that's going on in our nation today is due to the constant drumbeat from the MSM, and cooperating social media outlets. Think about it. Really think about it. Racism, guns, pandemic, politics, economy, ad nauseum are the only things that are recycled every day over and over. Now, even the trials are being settled in the courts of public opinion. They're almost a directed verdict based on unreliable leaks from both sides. Justice? Please. If there WAS justice, a lot of the talking heads and scofflaws would be serving time! Now, these very outlets are taking money from this administration, and fact checking, missing contexters, shadow banners, and outright censorship is widely utilized. Yes, the rights of the press shall not be infringed. I don't understand the double standards, though. When the First Amendment was written, the press was exactly that....a printing press. Now, with the explosion of electronic medium and Big Tech, it's a whole different thing. When six corporations control anything/everything you see and hear, there's a problem with that. These huge conglomerates need to be broken up to allow differing viewpoints and localized journalism. If not, the "press" will become one station like North Korean media, government controlled. The FCC chair nominee that was recommended already stated that Fox and Sinclair broadcasting shouldn't be recertified because of their conservative leaning. Yeah. Search it. Flames me, too. The View and CNN are perfectly fine, but God forbid a conservative hits the airwaves. Omar and AOC trash talk everybody else, but if they're responded to, it's racism or whatever word of the day. Most every senior politician nowadays trash talks the other side, and the media laps it up. When the media outlets and the Government collude, we've got a serious problem. IF we actually had HONEST journalists and whistleblowers, we'd have the proof required to blow this wide open. Email's, money tracking, secret meetings, and all the rest could be lumped into an investigation like a RICO. Taxpayer money being utilized for extension of an agenda is absolutely wrong. We need to appoint a special prosecutor team to investigate this, and convene a Federal Grand Jury to indict any who've crossed the lines, both parties, all media outlets, and social media platforms. The sanctity of freedom of speech MUST be preserved, or everything else in the Bill of Rights is worthless, too. They're already reworking the Second, and the Fourth. Without the rights to free speech and the right to peacefully protest, the Constitution cannot survive. Without the right to peacefully assemble, or communicate, we're like an isolated bacteria, doomed. Without the ability to stand up for our rights, we're relegated to old men in a pickup truck with a propane tank trying to effect change by themselves. They've proven they'll hide behind fencing, concertina wire, and National Guard troops if a four year old with his popgun passes gas. They really thought THAT was a horrible attack? Please, they've got NO idea how unpleasant war can be. Seriously. Keep walking, talking, sharing, and explaining. We're winning. REAL Americans, not pawns in their pitiful game of Risk. Let's ROLL !
