Since it is always in the news and the politicians are bound and determined to get rid of this important right.The second amendment, the right to keep and bear arms is a very simple and clear statement.There is no language within it that allows the government to regulate what type of arms a citizen can own and keep.In other words if i can afford a fully armed F35 i can have one.The power of congress to control your weapons didnt happen until after the uncivil war.The way the politicians did this was by putting a small one sentence clause in the 14th amendment. This of course was done for the <good> of the people. What this infringement of our precious rights actually did was to keep any group citizens from being able to remove the politicians from office because they can tell us what weapons we are allowed to have and they have their illegal federal military that was never supposed to exist either. They stole that right from the states.R.M.
