Let's say I have a country with 90 million  people in it. Now we will say that  I have decided there are too many people and I need to get rid of all but 20,000 thoysand of those people. Well I can't just start executing people,  the peasants would revolt. So I come up with another path. If I create a disease  and convince the pesents that it is extremely deadly by playing games with the numbers and perhaps I can convince them to voluntarily take a toxic vaccine that I will  also create and let them kill themselves. Yes that is the ticket and I don't have to lift a finger,  just keep the peasants afraid of my disease, that will work. What an evil nefarious plan that has been put in place.R.M.
