Yes, I've already spoken to this Social Infrastructure bill that was just passed in the House, but when you're dealing with an attorney's omnibus behemoth of over 2,100 pages, the devil IS in the details. Yes, Joe made a campaign promise that people making less than $400k/yr. wouldn't be touched, but I've got some sobering news for you. First, however, I'd like to bring up Joe's tax problem. It isn't just his, there's a LOT of other career lawmakers having the same problem, though we're not being informed about it. Rather than explain it here, I encourage y'all to search "Biden's $500,000.00 tax problem" and come up to speed on it, including who all it pertains to, and previous efforts to rectify that under Obama that failed. No, nobody knows the exact amount owed by lawmakers, and they'll be keeping it that way. Over the years, one need only question how much we've had to step up when they wouldn't. Remember the House Banking scandals, the overdrawn accounts, the slush funds? They've never HAD to live within their means, and STILL don't know how. That's obvious.
Instead, in order to increase their income from us to spend in maintaining their power, there's a very nasty and sinister provision in this bill to increase the number of IRS agents/auditors by 87,000. Yes, you read that number correctly. Yes, I searched it myself. 87,000. If you divide that by 50 states, the average is 1,740/state. Here in North Carolina, we have exactly 100 counties, therefore 174 per county. Additional. To do what? There's the rub. These people carry badges ! I distinctly remember the weaponization of the IRS under Lois Lerner's tenure at the IRS, and that blew up in their face. What all are they going to have access to without due process? What about our rights to privacy? Compliance with the law is only assured AFTER THEY say so? I guess our rights to privacy went by the wayside with our medical records, history of injections, and HIPA regulations. I particularly liked the requirement for photo I.D. at the sites offering drive thru care, yet not for voting. Even after we passed that as a Constitutional amendment here in North Carolina, our governor hasn't complied. It's time to see the handwriting on the wall, folks. Nothing good can come from the creation of a KGB in our nation.
Anybody who's been through the thrill of an IRS audit can tell you, a colonoscopy is a walk in the park by comparison. You must show up at the appointed place at the appointed time with every financial record/receipt/proof utilized in the preparation of your tax return to justify to them what you did. No receipt? Denied. Forgot something? Denied. Used a CPA? He's got to be there at your expense. Fun? Please. Now, picture the opposite of normality. You're assumed guilty until you're proven innocent. With this new cadre of troops, they can actually become identical to fact checkers. You'll be accused, and they'll determine your penalties bereft of your input. Anything to wring out an extra dime for their madness. They're incapable of making money on their own, so they depend on extracting it from those of us who work for ours. It's tantamount to tyranny and oppression. Yes, exorbitant taxation IS theft. What'll they do if they see you made a political contribution to the wrong party? The wrong religious charity? What else will they come up with? Who's going to be exempt from them? Who will they target? Red states? People that aren't registered to vote "correctly"?
This can't be tolerated in one of the already highest taxed nations in the world. Wait until the debt ceiling discussions begin in the next few days.
