issues have been addressed and, more importantly, corrected. We received nothing. Clearly this management team condones treating guests this way! This matter has been referred to Holiday Inn/Holiday Inn Express as well as the Kansas Department of Commerce Tourism Team, Kansas Better Business Bureau, YELP and the 7 social media platforms I am a member of. Please don't get me wrong, we were treated very well in Hutchinson by everyone we came in contact with ... except Holiday Inn Express! We will never stay at this hotel again. If I could rate this hotel in the negative, believe me, I would! #HolidayInnExpress
