Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine is one of less known but beautiful places on the island of Kyushu. The shrine is hidden deep in the forests surrounding the town of Takamori in the Kumamoto Prefecture. As you climb these ancient stairs you can feel the highly spiritual atmosphere of this scared place.
