I cooked a beautiful brunch today. So delicious. So much bacon, crisped to perfection. Ohmergawd I love bacon. 😻😻🥓 nom nom nom.I always cook too much so I have quite a bit of leftovers. Lol. I don't do food pics, but I had to share. It was so good. Sautéed red onion, tons of garlic, mushrooms, and bacon. Added seasoned whisked eggs. Flipped the omelet and added kale. Cheesed it and folded it in half amd then garnished with some cilantro and crispy bacon.
