Hello. I am reporting to you today the the communist administration has weaponized OSHA against the American worker. They have instructed OSHA to include many additional items that refer to Covid-19. OSHA responded by rewriting some of their standards that cover how injuries are reported in the workplace (20 CFR 1904.3), how new cases of injury are reported in the workplace (20 CFR 1904.6) and how employee record keeping is required by your HR department in the workplace (29CFR 1904.7). I have taught OHSA regulations and standards for 25 years in my workplace. Each of these changes, primarily have exposed the employee as the cause of certain injuries and protected the company from any obligation to said injuries. For example, if you unknowingly come to work with Covid-19 and expose other employees to it, you could be held responsible for an OSHA violation and be punished and your punishment would in effect shield the employer from any penalties. In addition, your employer will be required to have every person vaccinated by January 2022. Even if you work everyday from home the requirement will be the same. What this is setting up is your employer will not be responsible for ANY injury that you might encounter from the jab. Additionally, your employer provided insurance, that you pay a premium for, will not be required to cover any of the cost related to injuries that occur from the jab. This is a complete and total reversal of the OSHA governmental charter. Originally OSHA meant Occupational Safety & Health Administration. Designated from the beginning to favor the worker in occupational injuries. From this point on it will mean Corporation Safety & Health Protection Agency. The standards are being rewritten to now protect the corporation. The dreaded slide into the valley of communism continues. More dark days are ahead of us.
