No the hell Kay Ivey isn't either. She's a democrat in Republicans clothing. She only protected the govt personnel. No private entities are protected. She switched parties about 12 years ago. Her ass is gone once here term is up. I guess in a sense she has but only so she wouldn't be short staffed.
