When organizing in your area it is ok to talk to people on the other side of things. After all don't they have children in the same schools, live in the same city and county? That is one of the things that made America great, is the ability for the people of any party to talk to the people on the opposit side of the spectrum. You never know you might just change a mind or two. This is how things used to get done, everyone talking to each other. Don't them approach as a political party , do it as a concerned individual.
