(Excerpt from "Presidential Contact")Chapter ThreeDuring the late Cretaceous Period, approximately some eighty million years ago, in the last days of the dinosaurs there were extraterrestrial visitors to the planet Earth that came from the Draco star system. These are the very highly intelligent white/gray Reptilian creatures more commonly known as reptaliods or Drako who have leathery scales and are 6 to 8 feet tall and they came here with the intention of conquest and colonization. This has been their “Modes Operandi” for millions of years, ever since they accomplished interdimensional travel. They found a plethora of different beasts on Earth, but no intelligent life forms. Since the tropical climate was to their liking, they established a base of operations in appropriate subterranean facilities and started their research. They were interested in spiritual nourishment because in addition to physical sustenance, they fed on the emotions, feelings and spiritual life essence of other beings especially fear, anger, pain, terror, hatred, deceit and any negativity. This was like a euphoric drug to them, addictive and all consuming. They were able to accomplish this in physical form by extracting a substance known as Adrenochrome from the adrenal gland of a live subject that was in an extreme state of terror usually from torture and/or rape. Earth presented a rich environment for a variety of many animals from which to choose, but the higher more intelligent life forms were more desirable because of their ability to understand what is happening to them their resulting capacity for emotional terror. After some time, it became apparent to the Drako that the lower life forms available were not satisfying to their spiritual taste so the quest was on to find a way to create intelligent sentient beings out of what was already available on the surface so they could exploit them. Genetic experimentation proceeded on a number of different species, but it was concluded that in order to generate that kind of being it would be necessary to splice genetic material from their own DNA into an appropriate animal, something more closely related to their own physical structure. They landed on a couple of different bi-pedal lizards and quickly began to transform their physical bodies by means of selective cross breeding, genetic manipulation, hybridization and other radical biological techniques. Eventually they were able to produce intelligent sentient beings with self-awareness from what we now call Velociraptor. These Reptilian creatures were developed into highly intelligent sentient beings with an average Intelligence Quotient of about 110 to 130, much less than the Drako but good enough to for their intended purpose. They also had many of the physical characteristics of dinosaurs from which they were derived. They were large muscular carnivores standing about 7 to 8½ feet tall, about 300 to 350 pounds with a small protruding tail. They had the run of the planet for eons, at least until there was a mass extinction event some 65 million years ago. They also retained the carnivorous killer instincts of their ancestors and the total lack of empathy and compassion from the Drako. The Drako was able to anticipate the collision between the Earth and a large asteroid and brought the Reptilians underground with them to ride out the disastrous effects of the catastrophe. The domestic Reptilians were being used by the Drako white reptoids as female sex slaves, male hard labor slaves, biological experimentation and torture victims as well as a cannibalistic food source. The Drako had already conquered the tall and short Greys (distant interplanetary cousins) from the Zeta Reticulli binary star system. The short Greys being more intelligent were being used for exploration and because they were genetically engineered with a communal hive mentality and as such were easier to control and manipulate. By short I mean that they were approximately 3½ to 4 feet tall, looking thin and frail at the extremities with long arms and a large head with bulging black slanted eyes. These were the servants of the Drako, searching and fetching surface beings for the Drako’s needs. They have a life span of approximately 250 Earth years and were reproduced by cloning, that is why there are so many identical looking examples.
