The ranchers have a term they use when breeding horses, servicing, the stud services the mare. In the beginning of this country the founders put the people in the position fo the stud and the government in the place of the mare. However as i see the situation, we the people are now in the position of the mare. Now this little story acomplishes two things. It explains what has happened with the power the people once had. The other thing it should accomplish is what i think we the people get in the end.
