We do this. However, we recently spoke with the farmer who sells us the animal. He has a steer to sell us but the local butchers are booked out for months. People seem to be panic buying this too. 🤷♀️

My daughter and I took a class to learn how to process poultry. We now raise our own chickens, ducks and turkeys for meat.
