Yesterday, the Ohio House Republican leadership team tried to shove their fake “Medical Freedom” bill down the throats of Ohioans again and well, because of all your calls, they were chasing their tails and it failed once again. I’m actually a little sad it didn’t come to a vote because then you may have some insight into who your true freedom patriots are and who are the republican posers that are really liberal tending toward communist. But there is some good news there, more representatives, although late to the party, have signed the discharge petition for the REAL medical freedom bill, HB248. Their attempt to pass the deceptive HB435 failed again. Why? Well, there are two reasons and sadly, one of them is likely not what you’d expect. The first reason, is because of people like me who simply will not accept a weak and frankly, DANGEROUS bill that I believe will weaken or strip you of your medical freedom. HB435 is a very troubling and alarming bill and should have NEVER been brought forward by any freedom-loving representative. The second reason, is the one that may be a surprise to you. There are a significant number of people in the republican caucus who want you forced to take the jab. This group may have actually killed the bill as I believe there may be more of those types than the medical freedom folks like me. I believe there may be more “force jab” people in the republican caucus in the Ohio House than people like me who trust you to make medical decisions for yourself and for your family, despite the fact that we swore to uphold the US and Ohio Constitutions, which say YOU HAVE the freedom to pursue life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. These force jab people feel it is your public responsibility to take the abortion-tainted magic elixir and if you don’t, no gas, no groceries and no job. I have no idea what has happened to our country and our radical support of constitutional and more importantly God-given rights. Here's the good news: you have them frankly chasing their tails. There are stories of “please make these callers go away.” It’s true. Many of the staffers are tired of hearing from you, from us, from we the people. How sad is that? I actually heard one say that they would rather work with the lobbyists than the people in the districts. That’s what we are up against. I have included below a recent copy of the discharge petition as a few more representatives signed it last night. Here’s the names and in the order they signed: Reps. Gross (sponsor), Vitale, Wiggam, Carruthers, Loychik, Edwards, Dean, Zeltwanger. The following people just signed it appears yesterday. Stolfzfus, Creech, Powell and Brinkman. Your calls are making an impact. Sadly, government likes to be comfortable. They don’t want to hear from you, but they NEED to hear from you and it takes a lot of calls and a long period of time to move this corrupt ship we think is there to actually represent our freedoms. Your calls pushed 4 more people to sign the discharge petition for HB248. And don’t believe any of the lies people are telling you about bad language in HB248. The discharge simply means bring the bill out of committee and onto the House floor where it can be debated in public and even changed if needed. Click, call and tell them, sign the discharge for HB248, no excuses. Be respectful, be charitable, but call, and call daily.
