We pride ourselves in the quality of cattle and feed resulting in high-end, restaurant-quality beef with the perfect amount of marbling. We thoughtfully care for our animals humanely as a family and have the ability to ship directly to your doorstep. Our cattle are raised on pasture, then brought into corrals and finished on a balanced diet of high quality, locally-raised free-range hay and grains in order to get the tenderness and marbling we strive for. We are now taking bulk beef orders as we will begin processing our beef in October through December. Our beef is also dry aged for 18-21 days.
