Hi from Scotland. This is salt chili pork chop how my wife cooks in her Chinese restaurant. The pork is marinaded and tenderise, then deep fried in batter. The salt chili (lot's of ingredients in this) mix is added while cooked at high heat in a wok. Chili flakes, sliced onion and green peppers all cooked together
