I have been pondering. Do they need 100% vaxx participation so they can justify stopping screen and testing for the cov19 pandemic as they usher in the next phase which would be another virus causing a second pandemic (with new testing, lockdowns, and restrictions) like nothing we've ever seen?

They test people now that are already vaxed so I doubt 100% vaccinated would stop the tests.

They need to eliminate a control group of the unvaccinated so no comparison can be made based in vaccine efficacy.
