Just because that bonehead said they can’t use horses doesn’t mean that they can’t, defy his sorry ass and maybe he’ll take a trip to the border. I doubt it very seriously but there’s always hope. I really wish the states would start standing up for themselves and saying to hell with what Biden says, but it’s all about the money, if we don’t do what he tells us to we won’t get paid!! I’m glad I’m not running a state, the first thing I would tell Biden is the F off and we’re going to do it our way!!! “We’re not going to take it anymore”!!!
