They tell us that lockdowns are like driving while intoxicated. A law that stops people who are a threat to others. But for lockdowns to be like DWI, the crime would have to be defined as "earning a living while contagious (ELWC)" or simply "pursuing happiness while contagious (PHWC)" And they would have to prove that you were earning a living or going about life outside your house WHILE YOU ACTUALLY WERE contagious (and therefore a threat to others). If DWI were like lockdowns, there would just be a law against driving BECAUSE they were afraid of drunk driving. And you would have no chance to show that you were sober to avoid the conviction. And I have to agree with William Barr, criminalizing leaving your house purely on a theory or a possibility that you MIGHT be a threat to someone is the worst liberty violation in American history - short of slavery. #lockdownsneveragain
