A POS dumped this tiny kitten on a very busy road yesterday. A lady blocked the road while I crawled under her car to grab the kitten. The lady said I was the only one who stopped ... and they call Tennessee the Volunteer state. 🤔 Kitten was shaking violently and panting. I have never seen any creature this frightened. She's so tiny. Her foot was bleeding. I called my veterinarian clinic on their emergency number. Her dew claw is almost severed. Vet examined her and treated her foot. She gave me ointment and antibiotics. We didn't do any vaccinations or anything else yet because she was so traumatized. She's home with me. She's still scared but she's eating well, drinking water, and as of this morning she purrs when I hold her. She was very hungry. Some people have no humanity left in them. That makes whoever did this a monster masquerading as human. I haven't named her yet. She's all white and her eyes are so expressive. She needs a bath ... just not today.
