We just had the remnants of Hurricane Sally come through Georgia a few days ago. One of the results was some white oak acorns being knocked off early. But the main crop of ripe ones won't drop for a few weeks yet. What are the deer now eating in your area?

Small yard plot for them to nibble on.

We also had acorns blown down from Sally. Standing corn is starting to get hit pretty hard as well.
