O.K. So my go to Scotch is The Macallan 15 year. Trouble is my fave bar ran out (I wonder why) so, rather than slum it with the 12, I've dug deep and splurged for the 18 on a couple of occasions.Smooth. A little too smooth for my liking actually. And yet...There is something sublime about it when properly enjoyed.
