August 21st - August 31st 1992 On this day 29 years ago Randy Weaver was taken into custody after being surrounded for 11 days by the US government, his only son Sammy (14) was murdered by federal agents and his wife Vicki was shot by Lon Horiuchi an FBI sniper. Randy was charged with murder, conspiracy and assault along with with other crimes and he never fired a single shot. He and Kevin Harris were not guilty July 9th 1993 No government agents were ever charged or prosecuted.
