From Kash Jackson:I am looking for any and all veterans who have been adversely affected by family court. Have you been denied access to your children without cause? Is your child support order crippling your ability to survive? Have these situations created additional stress on your home and work life? Has the military been indifferent to your suffering at the hands of family court? Do you feel your situation is hopeless? Have you or are you considering walking away from your legal battle to be a parent to your child or children due to lack of financial resources for attorneys and court cost? Have you lost friends or family who no longer could support your fight to be a parent? Did your judge/court illegally calculate your VA Disability benefits for child support/alimony purposes in violation of federal law? These are just some of the many questions that could be asked to determine the adverse affects of family courts on the veteran and active duty/reserve communities.
