Biden’s law or no law if you can’t pay get the F out!!!! I have a rent house and if they go more than two months without paying rent I wait till they’re gone, after I’ve already told them to either pay or move out, then I give them another month to pay the balance and if not I wait till they’re at work and I change the locks on the doors, this is private property if you’re going to play you’re going to pay I don’t give a shit or a rats ass what the law says !!
