Today we had a Council seating That Was Chaired By The Rt. Hon Speaker Jinja Northern Division- Jinja City.As a The Councillor & Chairperson social service Committee, I raised My Concern About the Killing Of the people Taking place In masaka, So far 14 People Have been Killed in a Period Of 2 Weeks, But then The Government Is Just Looking On promising To Provide enough security In those Ends, Why Should We Wait for more people To be Killed Before the Ugandan Government sends Security Up there.Secondly I raised My issue Of the Girls Who Use Clothes To pad Themselves During there menstruations, Those Girls Who are dropping Out of school Because of Luck of Basic needs like pads, Those girls Going in for Early Marriages Due to Luck of basic needs, I wanted To know the Government plan On this. Unfortunately The Division Mayor Informed us that the government has no Plan For these Girls per now, What a Shame 😭 I still stand Up to call Upon the government to Help A Girl Child in Uganda
