Webster(from Wiki)He recently served as chair of the Homeland Security Advisory Council from 2005 until 2020 (including Trump's 4 years)!He was a United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit before becoming Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from 1978 to 1987 and Director of Central Intelligence (CIA) from 1987 to 1991. He is the only person to have held both positions [but not the only to positions to be held at the same time by CFR members]! Wiki doesn't tell you that!Regarding Porter Goss (from Wiki)Goss served later in the post under George W. Bush and while in Congress was a co-sponsor of the USA PATRIOT Act and was a co-chair of the Joint 9/11 Intelligence Inquiry. And we have been suffering under both ever since. He resigned in 2006 and as you should have expected, Bush 43 chose Michael Hayden, another CFR member to again lead the agency.
