Oregon governor just suspended the reading, writing and math proficiency requirements saying new graduation standards will benefit “Oregon’s Black, Latino, Indigenous, Asian, Pacific Islander, Tribal, and students of color.... In other words , Gov. Kate Brown just told minorities that they are too stupid to learn like the white students so they are lowering the standards to match their ignorance.. Really , and yet you still vote for the party that insults you , denies your children a decent education by lowering standards instead of improving education..
