* At 714 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
tornado was located just north of Sioux Rapids, or 15 miles south
of Spencer In Clay County, moving southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. This storm has had a history of
producing brief tornadoes.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
