Today my “Little One” has taken the first steps in traveling the world. Part of me is proud of her since she’s taken to my adventurous side when I was her age but another part of me is scared half to death for her due to the state of our world right now. I didn’t sleep well last night as a result. I probably won’t feel at ease till I know she’s back in the US but at the same time I’m excited for her on her first overseas adventure. Now if I can avoid going into “Liam Neeson” mode I’ll be all the happier.
