1964 This is my friend Carl's 1951 Ford. This was a test run after I pulled out his tired Flathead V-8, and shoehorned a 1956 Oldsmobile rocket 88 engine, and 4 speed stick in it's place, Done the whole thing in two days after hours on a weekend at the speed shop where I worked. Carl's girlfriend took this photo with her Kodak brownie box camera. Carl at the wheel, Rudy in the passenger seat, and myself, and John in the back. It all worked out great. It turned this 51 into one screaming little Ford.
