Is it just me, or is drinking enough water ✨ literally ✨ the hardest thing ever? 🤣 ⁣

I’ve set a few goal for myself lately, one being drinking about 120oz of water a day! When I’m trying to stay on top of my hydration goal, some tricks that help me get in more water are:⁣⁣
❗️ Drink 24-32 ounces before any coffee⁣⁣
❗️Use water flavoring packets/squeeze bottles⁣⁣
❗️Drinking sparkling or flavored sparkling water
❗️And lastly... Drinking through a straw is a MAJOR KEY. 🔑 ⁣⁣

Why is it so important to stay hydrated?! Dehydration can lead to things such as:⁣⁣
✨ Dizziness/exhaustion ⁣⁣
✨ Lack of focus⁣⁣
✨ Muscle cramp⁣⁣
✨ Headaches⁣⁣
✨ PLUS dry skin and more! And bby we definitely don’t want dry winter skin around here 🙅🏻‍♀️⁣⁣

Not sure how much water to drink? Divide your body weight by 2, and aim for around that many ounce a day! Drink your water to keep your muscles and your skin happy! 🥳
