Haydn took this picture of me in Colorado and I thought it was really pretty 🥰❤️⁣⁣Honestly… when I first saw this photo, I didn’t like it. ⁣⁣I thought I looked too bloated, I didn’t like the bra bulge going on, etc, etc. But when I came back to it almost a week later, I thought: ⁣⁣“Wow. What a cute picture! I love this.”⁣⁣Not even a week later and I felt completely different about the picture… Nothing in the picture changed, and I still look the same as I did the first time I saw it! But I wasn’t viewing myself through as much of a hypercritical lens the second time around. ⁣⁣I think that this just goes to show once again… it’s not your body that’s flawed, it’s your thinking that is. Remember that the next time you see a picture of yourself. ❤️
