The other night I was watching NCIS and heard Gibb's Rule 91: " when you decide to walk away, don't look back ". Take a moment, roll it around in your brain. In my mind it doesn't mean don't remember or take the lessons learned forward. It does mean stop LIVING in the past. Stop comparing your "past" life to your present! Your past mistakes as well as victories do not define you today. Hopefully you learned a lesson that you carry forward. Do not allow yourself to become "Delta Dawn", remember the scent of the rose but don't rest on faded glory!
