The natural tendency to put yourself, your children, your "tribe"/neighbors/community first? That's how we (and every other creature) are created. I've been saying this for decades. It's not evil - it's natural. Sure, we have to learn to expand our thinking to include others, but not at the risk of our own safety and security. 💯
