Brisket + more brisket = 🤤😍Trev smoked 2 briskets for the weekend. 1 was one of our briskets and the other was a snake river farms Wagyu gold brisket. Both weighed over 15# and were as similar as possible. He seasoned and cooked them identical and did a blind taste test with everyone (all of our guests over the weekend). Want to know the consensus??? It was a 50/50 split! 👍😁Both were equally delicious. The wagyu was more tender of the sense it fell apart slightly more and ours had better flavor and consistency.
