The Black Beauty!!! I can’t believe Jimmy would part with this again. It was his main guitar for session work from 1962-67. It was stolen from the Minneapolis St. Paul airport in April 1970 when Jimmy took it on tour to the states for the first time. One of its last live outings was Royal Albert Hall. The ‘Missing Guitar’ ad ran in the July 19, 1973 edition of Rolling Stone. His beloved ‘Black Beauty’ was finally returned to him on November 12, 2015.
