I have noticed how real estate values are climbing again. Inflation is in play once more, hopefully NOT the levels we saw in the 70's but higher than in many years. My local news is still a telethon for donations for food, utilities and rent. I, for one, am sick of it! How is it that the pandemic caused this overwhelming need? What did all of these folks do with the unemployment and stimulus payments? I think I finally have an answer, many of these people just couldn't accept the answer to at least some of the financial problems they were/are facing. You can increase your income OR decrease your overhead. It really is just that simple. Really.
