He is trespassing and committing acts of violence against a baby and my property.The baby cannot knowingly nor effectively carry out acts of violent aggression against me, so shooting it for "trespassing" it had no say in is a violation of the baby's right to life.Sex is short for sexual reproduction. If you consent to sexual reproduction, then you consent to the results: reproduction of humans. If you are being raped, just like the baby fenestrator, you should, or are at least are justified in, shooting a rapist in the act of raping you or attempting to rape you; rape can kill so it is reasonable to use lethal force to defend your rights. You don't have the right to murder the child who cannot comprehend that a law has been broken nor a right violated, and who did not, and cannot effectively, act in a way to violate your rights.
