Independence Day should be a time to celebrate the exceptionalism of our country. We can look back and realize what faith and courage existed. Look at your own family history, although the names may not be world famous they were all great people because they lived and loved and provided. They persevered through pain, suffering, and turbulent times. What is happening today is really no different. Remember, our ancestors wanted freedom, demanded freedom, fought and died for freedom. Don't allow anyone to take that hard earned freedom in the name of security and comfort.
